Privacy policy.

Short version: I only use your details to plan your trek, and I never sell or share them for marketing.

What I collect

When you send an enquiry, I receive the details you enter in the form: your name, email address, country, travel plans and message. If you contact me on WhatsApp or by email, I receive what you send there.

How it is used

I use your details to reply to your enquiry, plan your trek, and arrange permits, lodges and transport if you book. Permit applications require some personal details by Nepali law.

Where it is stored

The website is hosted by Cloudflare. Enquiries are delivered by email to a mailbox hosted by Combell in Belgium. The website does not set tracking cookies.

How long it is kept

I keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to plan and complete your trek, and delete them on request.

Your rights

You can ask me to show, correct or delete your personal details at any time through the contact page.
